For crust ingredients
- 1 cup biscuit crush
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar powder
- 4 tbsp yogurt
Topping ingredients
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 sapota( chiku)
- 1 tbsp almond crush
- 1 comfit (elaichi)
Method
- First made cream cheese with the help of water and homemade paneer blede them cream cheese is prepared
- Now add sugar ib mango pulp
- Now cut banana , chiku ,apple mix them with a cream cheese and grind them .
- Mix yogurt and cream cheese now.
- Now spread biscuit crust and pour the mango mixture and then yogurt mixture layer then almond crush and comfit spread.
- Freeze them for sometime and serve chilled
